-發(fā)送郵件前請仔細檢查,避免拼寫/稱呼/附件遺漏/收件人郵箱等低級錯誤
-郵件措辭盡量客氣禮貌,避免強硬的要求,比如:You have to / must / need to,多用請求類語句Could you please…/ May I have…/ I’d love to…
-發(fā)郵件的時間注意選擇工作日的工作時間,如果有時差設置定時發(fā)送
-使用專業(yè)的郵箱地址,比如給Prof發(fā)郵件盡量使用學校edu郵箱
-收到回信記得禮貌回復,不管是否還有其他問題或后續(xù)輸出,都請及時回復并表示感謝
